Post Workout Snack

After a workout, you want to make sure you eat something within 30min to keep your metabolism up and working. Here is a healthy snack (or light lunch) that I like to eat after a good workout!

3 Celery sticks (washed)
2 Big carrot sticks (washed)
Raw unsalted almond butter
Honey

After you wash your veggies, use a butter knife to scoop about a tsp of raw almond butter and spread it on each celery stick. Then take some honey and add a little on top for some sweetness!
If you're not much of a celery fan, carrots also taste delicious with some almond butter.

There you have a perfect healthy post workout snack!
